Additional Fees and expectations
  1. Extreme weather conditions that requires ranch manager to catch the horses and overnight them in the stall will be a $5 up-charge/night. Extreme weather conditions are defined as;
    1. Temperatures reach or exceed -10 degrees or colder
    2. Sustained wind speeds of 25mph or higher
    3. Wind and precipitations conditions are extreme and potentially harmful
    4. Lightning threat in the area
  2. Farrier is available and makes regular visits every 5-6 weeks for a separate fee of $40.  A $5 handling up-charge will be included on monthly invoice if the ranch manager is required to catch and handle the horse for the farrier visit
  3. Open pasture boarders and the ranch manager will agree to sign a contract defining terms and conditions.
  4. All visitors and riders will agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement $15/day.
  5. Boarding fees are due at the first of each month via direct deposit.
  6. Facility is available to sponsor clinics, group lessons, special events, etc.
